Additive Flow is a software platform that enables engineers to design and optimise multi-material parts for additive manufacturing. As co-founder and Head of Product, I led product strategy from inception through Series A.
The Problem
Traditional CAD tools weren’t built for the complexity of additive manufacturing — specifically the ability to vary material properties across a single part. Engineers were leaving enormous performance gains on the table.
What We Built
A simulation-driven optimisation engine that lets engineers specify functional requirements and outputs a topology-optimised, multi-material design ready for AM production. Integrations with major CAD packages and AM hardware vendors.
My Role
- Defined product vision and roadmap from 0→1
- Led a cross-functional team of engineers, scientists, and designers
- Drove customer discovery across aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors
- Closed enterprise pilots with tier-1 aerospace customers
