Old Central Bus Terminal

Urban renewal masterplan for the decommissioned Tel Aviv Central Bus Terminal — one of the city’s most complex and contested sites. The scheme proposes a dense mixed-use district adding 1,000 residential units, 170,000 sqm of office and retail, and a new Dance Performance Centre.
