Hadar — Gateway Site

Currently a two-storey car park, this complex site is carved by major arterial roads and sits directly above a new underground station — making it a natural gateway to the city.

The concept proposes 80,000 sqm of retail and office space alongside over 150 residential units, threading public routes through the massing to connect the station to the surrounding neighbourhood.
