Netanya 2035 Masterplan

A strategic masterplan vision for the city of Netanya to 2035. Working with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, the project involved deep urban, social, and economic research, the generation of design concepts, and development into detailed design alternatives.

The plan addresses longstanding fragmentation caused by complicated land ownership patterns and a coastal road bisecting the city. The strategy unifies the city through a new mixed-use district, reinforced commercial streets, a mass transit corridor, and a new central park connecting to metropolitan green networks.
