TLVpark

TLVpark reclaims the site of Tel Aviv’s first public park — now occupied by a multi-storey car park — by cutting into and building within the existing parking structure rather than demolishing it.

Floor slabs are deconstructed to allow light and air penetration, creating stacked green terraces and community spaces within the dense urban fabric. The result is a hybrid: part park, part cultural building, using the parking structure’s frame as armature for a new public institution.
